New restaurants are popping up all over town but I had to share my top three favorites that I most recently dined at. When I go out to eat I require a few things to consider ever going back, one being the service, the second being the food and the third being the atmosphere. As someone who personally loves to cook at home going out to eat has to be an experience from the moment I walk in the door. These three restaurants ticked off all three and I hope the next time you head down to the strip you make a reservation or pop in for a cocktail.

Best Friends: PARK MGM

Best Restaurants in Las Vegas

Chef Roy Choi applied Koreatown inspiration when curating his menu for Best Friend. Roy Choi who made his name with a food truck in LA created an ever delicious menu filled with short-rib tacos, BBQ prawns, hot pots and my favorite banchan. This restaurant has a relaxed and fun vibe so plan to enjoy yourself and wear something loose to enjoy all of the delicious desserts at the end of your meal.

CATCH: Aria

Best Restaurant on the Strip

From the Instagram worthy decor to the drool-worthy sushi, CATCH has to be my favorite restaurant right now. CATCH doesn’t just have seafood but an array of dishes that will satisfy the non-seafood lovers as well. Even if you just stop in for a snack and a crafty cocktail this restaurant is not to be missed when visiting the strip or looking for a place to have a date night.

Sadelle’s: Bellagio

Best Restaurant on the Strip

With Canter’s in Summerlin closing it’s doors I was stuck to find a new Jewish deli that offered my favorite thing in the world capers and cured salmon. With a simple menu and Jewish deli favorites, you are sure to find the perfect lunch, brunch or breakfast item to satisfy your stomach. The dining room is situated with views of the pool deck and the gorgeous botanical garden to enjoy while eating your perfectly toasted French toast dish
